Scope Of Work
This new academic medical center is dedicated to personalized cancer therapies for pancreatic cancer research. The 12-story building features two laboratory wings and two office wings surrounding a central collaboration space. An exterior corridor connects the two research wings maximizing the laboratories' flexibility to accommodate new and evolving methodologies. We constructed the building core and shell, built out five floors of laboratories and associated support space, and installed the MEP infrastructure for additional lab space.
