Scope Of Work
This project consists of two buildings and a 430-space parking lot on the 75-acre Celina Campus, which provides higher education opportunities for the growing populations of Celina, Prosper, and Frisco, Texas. The buildings contain classrooms, labs and administrative offices. Over 2,500 students will attend classes in business management, computer-aided drafting and design, information technology and health professions at this campus. The first building is three stories, and connects via a breezeway to the second building, which is three and a half stories. Both buildings are comprised of a steel structure with a masonry and metal panel envelope, wood soffits and cast stone features. Two large north and south-facing curtain walls face the breezeway which is supported by 24-foot columns.
