Remodel of an existing 8,000 s.f. concrete tilt up for Juniorversity Preschool. Tenant Improvement included reconfiguration of existing rooms into age appropriate classrooms and nurseries. Child safe surfaces and equipment were installed. Exterior work included installation of child safe surfaces and playground equipment.
