Scope Of Work
The existing two-story hospice center had parking under the center portion the second floor. Using all the existing structural components, we enclosed this area by raising the slab and installing glass storefront and covered the sensitive windows with aluminum awnings. Painted brick cladding and window locations give the building a more contemporary feel.
