Scope Of Work
When Mark sold his business in , he committed to his wife, Margaret that they would settle down here in Houston to be close to family. He bought a 3,800 s.f. home down the street from her parents for the two them and their two young children. The location the home was great. The home itself needed a little work.
The remodel had an extensive scope: opening up the living, kitchen, & dining, vaulting the ceiling the living and formal dining areas, and bringing a more current / contemporary approach to the master suite. Other updates include a guest bedroom suite, a spacious home office off the master, and steel & glass front door and back exterior wall from the living and master.
