Scope Of Work

Major additions and updates to the campus master plan incorporates three new buildings to redefine the primary corners of the college campus. The design compliments existing conditions while establishing a revitalization of the campus' brand. The new music building showcases a commons area, recital hall, classrooms, choir/band hall, offices & practice rooms. Interior colonnade circles the courtyard for student project displays and performances. The roof of the music hall employs a dramatic curve to mimic the shape of a grand piano shape (paving and brick patterns mimic the keyboard). The health sciences center expansion showcases a bright atrium connecting the new building with existing spaces; it serves as a central campus portal and student lounge.
