Scope Of Work

PBK is providing full architectural services for the master planning, design and construction of a new Texas State Technical College campus in Fort Bend County. The building will house general classrooms, computer labs, and a variety of technical labs for welding, diesel maintenance, electrical construction, plumbing construction, air conditioning and refrigeration, network and cyber security, digital forensics, CNC machinery, and industrial maintenance. Additionally, the building incorporates a flexible design, allowing for multiple potential uses when the campus is further developed in the future. This project required a fast-track design schedule to meet the client’s goal of opening the facility in the fall of 2016.
