Scope Of Work

The Collin Higher Education Center was designed and constructed as an administration complex, with a visable corporate atmosphere, as opposed to an educational environment. The facility contains the President and Vice President’s offices, a board room/conference room, academic affairs, student development, academics with computer labs, a student lounge and bookstore, administrative offices, and the Foundation and Public Relations Offices.
