Daniel Bernstein, Founder of DBA, and DBB, has been building  , single and multi-family residentialprojects in Southern California since 1986. DB builders has gained a reputation for quality and service with our clients and customers.  
Daniel Bernstein & Associates, Inc, the managing entity of all DB projects or DBA for short has gained a reputation for quality and service with our clients, customers, and investors. Another entity, DB Builders Inc. (DBB) was created in 2001 to act as the general contractor on all the projects created under DBA . In recent years we have purchased and developed raw land and built production  and apartment buildings for sale. Currently, we are focused on infill ‘for sale’  single family communities that include both higher density small lot subdivisions as well as typical single family . We continue to work mostly within the city of Los Angeles and feel being in the urban core will benefit our company as well as our investors in the short and long term.
