Scope Of Work
Overview:The Woodridge Neighborhood Library project was a partnership between Coakley & Williams Construction and Blue Skye Constructions to provide general contracting services for the construction of the library.
The scope of work included the complete demolishing of the original structure. The external scope included the installation concrete caissons, a green roof and slot windows. The internal renovation included a monumental concrete staircase, surrounding balcony desk and a terrace.
Blue Skye provided management and supervision of demolition, construction activities and management of all documentation. The document management was for LEED, general management services, materials and equipment required for jobsite operations.
We also provided supervision for the interns from the Phelps Academy internship program.
