Scope Of Work
Overview:The Francis Dog Park project consisted of reconstructing the Francis Field into a “Dog Park.
The scope of work included the design-build services to construct decomposed granite surfacing, installation of a new 6’ black ornamental perimeter fence and other site amenities for dogs. The project also included an installation of a ADA approved walkway and rail.
53.1% of the subcontracting was 53.1% CBE.
