Scope Of Work
This project consisted of relocating a Packaging Operation from Rouses Point, NY to Plattsburgh, New York. The new facility was designed to accommodate the existing equipment and systems, new Packaging Rooms, Labeling Rooms, Environmental Chambers, offices and associated support spaces were constructed in Plattsburgh, and equipment & personnel were relocated from Rouses Point. Careful coordination, field surveying, logistics planning and scheduling was implemented to make this a very successful relocation project.
