Scope Of Work
This project is a first-generation interior upfit of the 12th floor of 300 South Tryon office tower. Summit Park, a Charlotte-based private investment firm focused exclusively on the lower middle market, took 8,696 square feet on the northeast corner of the floor. Finishes include veneer wall panels and a printed graphic adhered to glass in the lobby, custom wood slat ceiling in the pantry, open office space with perimeter demountable suites, and high-tech AV in conference and board rooms.
