Scope Of Work
This project includes a 180,000-square-foot, seven-story office building and an attached, four-level, 220,000-square-foot precast parking deck that provides direct and covered access to the building. The office building is architectural precast and curtain wall exterior and features three outdoor patios, a fitness center and conference center with first floor amenities, including casual and fine dining establishments. This project will pursue LEED Silver certification.
