Scope Of Work
Provided demolition for approx. 800 sq. ft. of 12'x12" floor tile. Provided labor for approx. 800 sq. ft. of 12"x12" floor tile. Provided materials and labor for approx. 800 sq. of Materials Crack Buster Pro and Primer. Provided labor for approx. 250 ln. ft. of vinyl base. Provided labor to fix substrate and install screws at 6" grid on floor. Provided materials and labor for metal transitions used at doors.
Provided labor for 12"x12" shower wall tile, decorative listello, and shower floor tile. Provided materials and labor to core drill, add drain, add water supply, shower faucets, and shower curb. Provided materials and labor for Redgard pan liner, mud shower pan slope to drain, and sanitary base.
