Scope Of Work
This project was challenging on both design and coordination due to the unforeseen issues and complications of the existing conditions. We worked alongside the Architect and the Owner to get all issues resolved, making sure that all costs were within budget and everything was done according to plans and specs. Since then, we have done three other projects with the St. Cloud Technical Community College, creating a friendship and maintaining a team project working relationship.
