A build to suit 5,600 SF physician's clinic with an additional 4,400 SF of retail. The building includes a lobby, check out area, public restrooms, offices, x?ray and treatment rooms. This is a turn-key project complete with all corresponding site work, paving and parking. Structural steel with masonry and EIFS veneer. $1.7 million
