Scope Of Work

Adventure Dental of Denver was a 4,000 sf pediatric dentist office tenant build-out in Denver, CO. The project consisted of six exam rooms, a hygiene area with five dental chairs, three x-ray rooms and a laboratory.

Axia Construction and Montano Development partnered on this project as general contractor. Axia was responsible for the project management, estimating, subcontractor buy-out, scheduling, budget control, pay applications and close-out. The project was completed in less than seven weeks and remained under budget with no change orders.
