Scope Of Work
This 150,000 square foot, new construction office and manufacturing facility, located in Wheeling Illinois, was designed using state-of-the-art, exterior walls. The use of a twelve-inch thick rigid insulation core sandwiched between reinforced concrete, coupled with R-40 roof insulation, resulted in a hyper-insulated building with a constant interior temperature requiring minimal HVAC equipment and fuel.
