Square Footage: 65,000 sq. ft.
Project Description: New construction of a 5,000 sf single story office building. Renovation of a 60,000 sq.ft. existing multi-unit two story retail building. Including 3.5 acres of site improvements, consisting of reinforcing existing barrier wall and multi-level site parking area.
This project included tenant improvements for the following clients: Laser Eye Institute, McNaulty & Stahl, OC Smile, Planned Parenthood, Saddleback Wound Center, Stewart Title and Western Youth Services Clinic.
