Scope Of Work
Optum Construction contracted the interior millwork renovation of the lobby, meeting rooms, restaurant, and lounge in this downtown hotel. The extensive renovation included new registration desks, six elevator banks, and a custom designed radius bar. The scope also encompassed installation of wall panels up to ten stories high in the 80,000 square-foot lobby area. Some of these panels were over 200 feet long with book-matched veneers. To achieve this task, we coordinated vendors from four different states and one overseas company.
