Scope Of Work

The ambulatory surgery project consisted of renovating an existing 1,600 sf space including demolition of two existing offices and a dark room and turning them into a new patient discharge lounge.  The project also included renovating an existing wash room and corridor to create new bathroom for the discharge lounge and hand wash room serving adjacent procedure room.  Pre/post holding room adjacent to the procedure room have complete new finishes as part the second phase of this project.   The project had a schedule of 115 days with two phases.  Adjacent procedure rooms and office remained in full operation throughout the duration of the project.
