Scope Of Work
Powers & Sons performed general contracting services for the interior renovation of the U.S. Bank branch located inside the Historic Rookery Building – listed on the National Register of Historic Places, in downtown Chicago. Work included new teller lines, renovated offices and upgrades to the lobby. The Rookery project was completed in two phases in order to maintain branch operations during construction. There was no interruption in Customer Service for the project duration.
