Scope Of Work
Powers & Sons Construction provided general contracting services for the demolition of the 1,916 SF Oak Park US Bank building for the construction of a new one-story 3,210 SF US Bank building. The sites existing six-lane drive-up facility was also demolished replaced with a new three-lane facility in its place. The project also included new landscaping and a redesigned parking lot with 18 parking stalls.
