General contracting services were provided for this 200,000 square foot store. The building was constructed of structural steel with precast walls overlaid with a brick veneer. Site improvements included a wood-framed lumber warehouse, lumber yard, parking lot, and concrete and brick retaining walls adorned with custom wrought iron fencing.
