Scope Of Work
Fishers Luxury Apartments structure was fire damaged during construction (3 Story Wood Frame Wood Construction)
Beach was contracted to demolish the remaining structure and haul away all debris and preserve the existing concrete slab
Demolition was an enormous project. 180,000 sq. ft. under roof. Beach put this entire structure on the ground in ONE(1) Day
clean up progressed at way above expected rate.
Remaining concrete slab was turned over in broom swept condition
Project completed early and within budget!!!
