Scope Of Work
Upon its completion in 2020, our 46 story 140 West 28th Street tower will fly dual Marriott flags for Towne Place and Springhill Suites within a single sleek metal panel clad structure. This new Chelsea high-rise will soar 470 feet above the Flower District and provide 531 guestrooms, a public arcade with seating for almost 100 people, a restaurant, a dining room with exterior terrace seating for 168 people, and rooms with private terraces.
