Scope Of Work
Just a short walk from Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal, this new 24 story Hyatt Centric Hotel represents a new upscale boutique look for Hyatt consisting of 162 guest rooms, a roof top lounge, a ground floor restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating as well as private dining. Construction of Hyatt’s new foray into Midtown-East is underway with completion planned for 2019.
