Scope Of Work
The largest new hotel to open in NYC this year, is located on 36th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue. What’s unique about this project is quite evident when you’re onsite; part of the façade is recreated from the original structure, a 100-year old Presbyterian church. The building will be a dual Marriott flag hotel: Fairfield Inn & Suites and Spring Hill Suites. The combined project will be 26 stories with 570 keys, and just under 200,000 square feet. There will be a ballroom and gym located in the cellar. The first floor will have a bar and dining area with outdoor seating available. Some rooms will have terrace access.
