Scope Of Work
The Soft Touch Carwash project was carried out from ground breaking to open by Sunco Construction. The site work included landscaping, parking, and multiple drive lanes. The building was a masonry structure with a metal roof. Work associated with the building also included interior finishes, carwash equipment, and all of the mechanical and electrical work. The finish carpentry scope of work was self-performed.
