Scope Of Work
The Orchard Country Store was a design-build project, specifically designed to facilitate the feed and seed retail needs of the owner. Sunco Construction was involved with the project from the design aspect of the project and saw it through to the grand opening. The building consisted of a pole construction shell with finished interior warehouse, office, and retail spaces. The finished spaces included interior finished walls, flooring, MEPs, and furnishings.
