Scope Of Work
Sunco Construction participated in a Design-Build bid process to secure the contract with ET Works, LLC for their new 74,000 sf corporate headquarters and warehouse. Sunco was awarded the job based on the promise of being able to meet the owner’s strenuous schedule. Starting the project in November with a substantial completion date in May, most other contractors sighed away. Sunco was able to keep their promise and brought the project in under budget and ahead of schedule.
