Scope Of Work
DPR built a 19-story, 330,000-sq.-ft. highrise, modern office building in downtown Austin. It consolidated downtown offices for the University of Texas System from five buildings into one.
The building includes one level underground, two floors of amenities and mixed-use space, eight floors of elevated parking and nine floors of office space. There is approximately 725 parking spaces. The below ground surface includes parking, delivery, service and mechanical level.
The team constructed the building from highly energy-efficient materials to keep building occupants cool in the Texas heat. Floor to ceiling windows will also provide natural daylight.
The building has a modern boardroom adapted for videoconferencing, office and meeting space as well as central conference and eating spaces, tenant leasable space, and limited retail space.
