Scope Of Work
Clark constructed an 18-acre luxury resort located in San Diego’s Mission Valley that will become a tourist destination featuring a hotel, parking garage, museum, and pavilion.
The museum includes a grand lobby, five exhibit rooms, a holographic presentation theater, a dome theater, catacombs, and gift shop while the pavilion showcases a 500-seat theater, grand lobby, television studio, restaurant, and library as well as offices and lecture rooms. In addition, the project team will construct a boutique hotel with 126 rooms including a spa, gym, pool, and restaurant.
The site includes a cast-in-place parking structure and central utility plant, as well as an outdoor amphitheater, wailing wall, water feature, retail space, and gardens.
