Scope Of Work
The Textile Lofts is a mixed use development designed to replicate an old world textile mill and is located in the Grange Hamlet of the Serenbe Development. Eighteen residential units, ground floor retail space, and outdoor entertainment areas make up this 50,000 SF project that consists of two buildings joined by an elevated walkway. The four (4) story wood structure sits on top of an underground parking garage. The Textile Lofts were constructed in only 12 months due in part to Morgan’s pre-construction efforts and collaborative work with Architect and Developers.
