Scope Of Work
The Legends of Tuscaloosa is a 127, 000 SF luxury condominium complex one block from Bryant-Denny Stadium on the University of ’s campus. This six (6) story development is a post-tensioned concrete structure and has on-grade parking under the building. There are 60 total high end condominium units with a mix of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. The complex features a roof-top tailgating deck that provides football fans with an unprecedented “bird’s eye” view of Bryant-Denny stadium.
