Scope Of Work

The owner’s grand opening date dictated an aggressive schedule right from the start for this new restaurant and nightclub located in Historic Downtown Roswell. Start to finish, the schedule could not exceed 12 weeks. This time frame included demolition, new construction, equipment installation, testing and inspections. The compact interior space, as well as the conjested jobsite location required constant, hour by hour, on site coordination by the Morgan team for both deliveries and subcontractor activities. The Gaslight includes a new, full service commercial kitchen, full audio visual package for the nightly live performances, and an impressive custom built bar.
