Scope Of Work
The Bosch-Retail Building at the Serenbe Development was another ground up building totaling 5,000 SF in total, but built out specifically for two very different tenants. One half of the building would be occupied by Bosch U.S. for their high end kitchen equipment show room and demonstration school. Bosch U.S., owned by The Bosch Group, is known for designing home appliances that conserve energy, water, and re-purpose scrap materials in their manufacturing operations. Next to Bosch, the developer leased space to a boutique grocery store featuring locally grown and produced products.
