Scope Of Work
Morgan Constructors was selected to provide full construction management services on this 10,000 SF project. While the primary scope of work included extensive interior modifications and renovation, Morgan also managed the installation of the seven (7) barrel brewing system manufactured by Blichmann Engineering. Work on this fully automated brewery included setting tanks and associated equipment which are controlled by intricate mechanical and electrical systems. Other highlights include fabrication and installation of over 100 lineal feet of custom designed, live-edge sycamore, maple and walnut bar tops. Morgan also coordinated the delivery and installation of the owner supplied 350,000 BTUh, 6,000 pound gas-fired brick oven. Because of the custom nature of this project, design was frequently modified and Morgan was required to respond quickly.
