Scope Of Work
Morgan joined forces with Davidson Jones Construction based in to build this 65,000 SF Hampton Inn located on a challenging site in the Atlanta suburb of Kennesaw. The hotel’s close proximity to Interstate I-75 and significant elevation differences required a structural retaining wall on two (2) sides of the building. The structure of this 100 room Hilton brand hotel is block and plank. A long list of amenities including an indoor heated spa pool and “think tank” meeting room put this hotel in high demand and made the construction schedule unforgiving.
