Scope Of Work
This five (5) story, 64,000 SF, 97 key hotel located in the Atlanta suburb of John’s Creek has a structure composed of concrete, masonry, structural steel, and hollow core planks. The exterior facade is composed of architectural brick masonry, EIFS, and Nichiha fiber cement siding veneer. The hotel amenities include: a large breakfast and lounge area, fitness center, large meeting room, community business center, guest laundry rooms, an exterior pool and trellis area, breakfast and lounge area.
