Scope Of Work
This project is a 4,258 square foot building. The work included a complete tear down of an existing McDonald’s and a new rebuild with an aggressive schedule in order to minimize down time for the Owner.
The “interiors” package sets this restaurant apart from a typical fast food restaurant with the unique features that include a Fireplace, California Seating and Bar Top Seating.
Excel has constructed in excess of $14 million dollars of work on over one hundred different McDonald’s projects. These projects consist of short start to finish scheduling and in most cases work was performed around existing business with minimal disruption.
