Scope Of Work
Beginning in 2002, Excel developed a relationship with Dermatology and Skin Care Cancer Centers and has four centers.
The Leawood project is a 21,000 square foot facility including a Dermatology Clinic / Spa on the second floor and an Ambulatory Surgery Center on the first floor. The Center embraces a modern elegance with its graceful curves and magnificent glass and metal panel façade; creating a visually spectacular medical building with contemporary practical spaces.
The Lee’s Summit project was the second Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center built by Excel, and was constructed under a negotiated fee contract with a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
The Overland Park project embraces a modern elegance with its graceful curves and magnificent glass and metal panel façade; creating a visually spectacular medical building with contemporary practical spaces. This project was the third Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center built by Excel, and was constructed under a negotiated fee contract with a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
The Shoal Creek project is a three-story, 37,000 sf facility including a Dermatology Clinic / Spa on the second floor and an Ambulatory Surgery Center on the first floor.
