Scope Of Work
This project is the most recent hotel renovations Excel performed, in May 2010. The project included a complete gut and renovation of the Meeting Rooms, the Lounge and Lobby, a Grill and Starbucks, and the Ballroom.
The work included new wall covering, fixtures, flooring, architectural millwork, and 10’ sliding lockable glass panels.
