Scope Of Work

This project is a 33,000 square foot conversion of an existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building into a Medical Office with multiple disciplines including Minor Surgery, Orthopedic Medicine with Radiology, Physical Therapy, Dermatology and Neurology, forty-four exam and treatment rooms, and procedure rooms and physician’s offices.

Construction included structural modifications for the addition of super-imposed loading of the medical and building mechanical equipment. The climate control for the entire building is provided by a single Trane Climate Changer air handling unit.

This is the second CPFCC that Excel built.
