Scope Of Work

Cancer Center East Addition is a 15,000 square foot, two story, addition that is connected to the existing Cancer Center.  It includes a chemotherapy treatment area with fourteen infusion bays and two private rooms.  Other features include five exam rooms, a dedicated laboratory station, a Pharmacy and a Patient Education Resource Center. The Cardiovascular addition included relocation of the existing Cath Lab and space for a future second Cath Lab and PET Scan. Renovations included (3) Nuclear Medicine Procedure Rooms and a new Hot Lab area.

A Chiller Plant was added to the south of the Cancer/Cardiovascular addition to provide additional HVAC infrastructure for the new addition and supplements the existing hospital system.

The Winchester Medical Office Building is a 56,000 square foot, three story structure on the west side of the Bothwell Diagnostic Center.

Bothwell OB/GYN Associates occupies the first floor of the building, and Missouri Heart Center, a Columbia, Missouri, based cardiology practice, occupies part of the second floor. The third floor will be left as shell space to be  according to the use requirements of physicians as they are recruited to the community.
