Scope Of Work
One of our ongoing projects has been the upgrade of The Delta Chi fraternity at the University of Kansas. Most recently we remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms. In the summer of 2017 we will be remodeling study rooms on the third floor.
This project, along with a few others are highlighted in this section.
In the summer of 2016 we completely gutted and remodeled Delta Chi's kitchen and main bathrooms.
The three main bathrooms were taken down to the studs and completely redone. All new everything: electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, lighting, fixtures, sinks, .........
