Scope Of Work

12” and 8” CMU INSTALLATION

1. To install 12X8”X16”” and 8”X8”X16” CMU at staircases, elevator shaft, partitions walls and parapets.
2. To install #5 rebar 16” O.C. as per specs.
3. To install DUR-O-WALL every 2 courses.
4. To fill block cells solid with 3,000 psi. grout as per specs.

STOQUIK SILVER DRAINSCREEN STUCCO SYSTEM

1. Complete application of water proofing.
2. Complete installation of Drainage mat.
3. Complete installation of ½” Perma Base cement board.
4. Complete installation of fiberglass mesh embedded in base coat.
5. Complete application of Powerwall stucco finish will be the final coat.
6. Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows, where the stucco will be applied only.
7. Complete installation of metal flashings over stucco.
