Scope Of Work

STO CI STUCCO SYSTEM INSTALLATION

1. Complete installation of STO CI Stucco system on the west elevation, north elevation, and bulkheads of the building only.
2. Complete installation of STO emerald coat water proofing.
3. Complete installation of two layers of felt paper #15.
4. Complete installation of STO drain screen 48”.
5. Complete installation of 1.5” rigid insulation.
6. Complete installation of “J” channels and CI weep track and drip edge aluminum flashing at all windows.
7. Complete installation of expansion joints required to break big walls into small panels that are easy to work with.
8. Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
9. Complete installation of Powerwall scratch coat.
10. Complete installation of Powerwall hard coat.
11. Complete installation of primer.
12. The complete application of Powerwall stucco finish will be the final coat.
13. Complete application of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the stucco will be applied.

BRICK INSTALLATION

1. Installation of brick (LABOR ONLY) on the East façade of the building and its returns as per drawings.
2. Installation of 2” semi rigid mineral wool insulation (LABOR ONLY) as per specs.
3. Installation of stainless-steel drip edge and self-sticking flashing over steel angles.
4. Installation of continuous termination bars set in flashings.
5. Installation of rectangular box weeps @24” O.C. two rows, stagger rows as per specs.
6. Installation of adjustable veneer anchors @16” O.C. horizontally and vertically as per specs.
7. Installation of 10” high continuous mortar net at all flashing and weep locations as per specs.
8. Installation of galvanized relieving angles for brick on every floor and loose angles over windows and doors where the brick will be installed (OPTIONAL).
9. Wash brick with detergent after installation.
