Scope Of Work

POWERWALL STUCCO SYSTEM INSTALLATION

1. Complete installation of ½” hard coat stucco system on sides, rear, and bulkheads of the building only.
2. Complete installation of STO emerald coat waterproofing.
3. Complete installation of 2 layers of felt paper.
4. Complete installation of wire lath 2.5
5. Complete installation of “J” channels and expansion joints required to break big walls into small panels easy to work with.
6. Complete installation of Powerwall scratch coat.
7. Complete installation of Powerwall hard coat.
8. Complete application of Powerwall stucco finish will be the final coat.
9. Complete installation of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the stucco will be installed only.
10. Installation of aluminum flashing and counterflashing to meet adjacent neighbor’s roof.

 

CMU INSTALLATION

1. Complete installation of 8”x8”x16” CMU walls at ground floor, elevator doors, and bulkhead as per drawings (A101).
2. Complete installation of 6”x8”x16” CMU walls at stairs on the ground floor as per drawings (A101).
3. Complete installation of galvanized durowal every 2nd course of CMU (TYP).
4. Complete installation of #5 vertical rebar @24” O.C. (TYP).
5. Fill block solid with grout @rebar (TYP).

BRICK INSTALLATION (LABOR ONLY)

1. Complete installation of STO emerald coat waterproofing.
2. Complete installation of mortar net at first courses on brick.
3. Complete installation of weepholes and flashing at galvanized relief angles.
4. Complete installation of galvanized brick ties @24” both ways.
5. Complete installation of standard brick as per elevation (LABOR ONLY).
6. Complete installation of galvanized relief angles @every floor.
7. Complete installation of backer rod and caulking to all windows where the brick will be installed only.
8. Wash brick after installation.
